Product is fine, customer service not so great

I ordered 4 mugs, 3 are beautiful quality however one came unglazed. I contacted customer service twice via email and once via Instagram. It’s now 5 days later and I have received no reply of how to get a new mug sent to me that is finished. All I receive are emails asking me to review the product, so here I am.
