I bought pasta bowls in the copper swirl glaze several years ago and they have been used daily, always washed in the dishwasher, had no special care or handling and they still look as good as new. The robustness of the plates and great aesthetics meant I didn’t hesitate when I needed to buy more bowls. This time I chose the black matt and shiny glaze - very happy.

Excellent and attractive bowls. Dishwasher and microwave safe. Only issue is a slight tendency to chip if handles a little aggressively. Getting used to that.

Lou’s dumpling workshops are fantastic. I attended the crystal dumpling workshop and came can say that the content and the experience is totally worth the time and the effort. Lou sets us to work so that we have the hands-on experience of preparing the fillings and making the dumpling wrappers before filling them, cooking and then eating the finished product. Lou’s is a great teacher. Her instructions are clear and her recipes are delicious and easy for the home cook to master. Lou even follows up with an email, providing a full set of recipes for dishes and sauces to accompany the dumplings.
Learned a few kitchen tricks. And enjoyed the company of cooking with a gang. Tried out beautiful plates and bowls too

loved the plates, worth the price, no damages in delivery which is most likely because of the exessive use of plastic in the packaging. Too much plastic waste in my opinion.
