I bought this as a purely decorative item, worrying it may be too blue, but it looks great at home against our yellow walls. I'm sure it'd fare well for sake too.
Initially I was worried about this getting scratched after using it as a plate, but its finish seems quite remarkably hard.

Haven't had a chance to use it yet, but it's beautiful and has a lovely copper shimmer to it as expected.
Beautiful just as described. It has a rough surface, which was expected based on the photos, keep this in mind for cleaning as it can collect fluff from teatowels / papertowel.

Perfect size and a sturdy and elegant object
It is just a simple cloth, but it is so effective in keeping kitchen sparkling. There is absolutely no musty smell the old sponges hold, washes quickly and even looks pretty on the sink. And dampened, it wipes the kitchen bench so well . I will be back for more
