The products in stock are also available to pickup up in our Mornington store & showroom (warehouse). All you need to do is select the ‘Click and Collect’ option at checkout. The order is usually ready the next business day. We will notify you about the exact time by email.

Delivery Time:
We ship your order within 24-48 hours. Most orders arrive within 3-8 business days, depending on your location. Couriers operate Monday to Friday, 8 am - 6 pm.

Our tableware is food safe and can, with some care, be used in the microwave and dishwasher. Sudden changes in temperature (eg. from freezer to oven) are likely to cause thermal shock, which will damage your item. Always place very hot items onto either wood or cloth.
Glaze Preservation Notice: Crafted with a traditional Japanese glaze, these plates are intended for dining with chopsticks or non-metal utensils to preserve their smooth finish. Metal cutlery may create marks on the glaze. Please take this into consideration.
