Sourced from Shizuoka, Japan, this Fukamushi Sencha comes from a single plantation and is made with natural ingredients, with no GMOs or preservatives. Naturally rich in antioxidants, it makes a refreshing choice for everyday tea drinking.

For a perfect cup of Sencha, use 1 heaped sencha spoon with 150ml of water at 75°C. Steep in a pot for 1 minute, then sieve into a cup. Enjoy on its own or add your preferred sweetener.

Fukamushi Sencha can also be enjoyed hot or cold, used in recipes such as sencha panna cotta, or blended with matcha for a deeper green tea flavour.
