The GLAMP. Compact Santoku Knife is a Japanese-made kitchen essential, designed for those who prefer a lighter, easy-to-handle knife. Traditionally, a chef’s Santoku knife measures 17–18cm, but GLAMP has intentionally shortened this version to 13cm to provide greater control and effortless handling—perfect for home cooks, women, or those with smaller hands.

  3. Sharpen regularly using a whetstone or sharpening steel. Regular honing will help maintain its cutting edge.

  4. Please do not use this knife to cut bones, frozen food, or other hard materials as this may chip or damage the blade.
