Learn the basic techniques of rice cooking, fish slicing and sushi making - and impress your friends and family with your new cooking skills!

No cooking experience required!

· Brief explanation of what we do and tools we use in our sushi making class
· Demonstration of filleting fish
· How to slice fish for nigiri sushi and sushi rolls: hands on practice
· How to prepare sushi rice: hands on practice
· Learn how to make 4 types of sushi (nigiri sushi, traditional roll, California roll and creative roll)
