A highly experienced instructor, Lou has been a beloved part of the MIJ family since our move to Wynyard St in 2014, sharing her knowledge and passion with countless students.

What's included:
Demonstrate how to combine fillings with different (pre-chopped) ingredients
· Talk about wrappers and how to shape the dumplings
· Participants make their own dumplings!
· Cook and eat before repeating the process for the next dumplings
· Enjoy a hot brew of teas with Japanese snacks
· Recipes, notes on where to buy ingredients, steaming baskets and tips on freezing dumplings also included
