Wontons with Chinese 5-spice infused beef and vegetables - served with chilli sauce.
Pork and prawn 'Siu Mai' - a classic steamed yum cha favourite.
Pork gyoza - also known as potstickers or jiao zi, these little delights are pan-fried.
