We at Made In Japan are confident that you will be happy with your purchase, however if you require an exchange or refund
please read the following information:
- We are happy to accept your return or exchange within 30 days from purchase.
- You can return your product in two ways; 1) by post or 2) by returning the item/s to a Made In Japan store.
- To be eligible for a refund/exchange all items must being returned in unused condition.
- Postage charges on returns are not refundable
- Any exchanges will incur additional postage costs paid by you.

Unfortunately due to the nature of our products breakages can occur. If you have recieved broken items please follow these steps:
- Photograph broken items
- Send photographs to firstname.lastname@example.org along with order number and any relevant purchase information
Once this information has been received we can replace your broken product/s with the same product/s.
